Still on the subject of erasures - and perhaps we imagined it - but we could have sworn that we read some uncharitable views over the weekend by Plaid bloggers in response to the proposal by party leader Leanne Wood on how to 'rescue' postal service. Her suggestion is that Wales could copy the Isle of Man and Channel Islands by requesting that the service is handed back via the Post Office Act 1969.
Critical comments which ridiculed this surprisingly timorous approach have since been moderated if not removed. Or maybe they're just taking a lead from upbeat Jonathan Edwards who trumpets Plaid intervenes to save Wales from Royal Mail Privatisation (catchy or what?).
