It's all academic 'innit?
Is it simply
tedium that lies behind the remarkably subdued level of blogging responses to the post-electoral
analysis by the Institute of Welsh Politics? Or is it that this particular exercise in
the blindingly ‘effin obvious represents bad news for pretty much everyone? Does anyone care?

My failure to comment was precisely precisely because as you say it was "an exercise in the blindingly ‘effin obvious".
I could have come up with the same points from these "experts" made here a week after the election.
