Sometimes you only have to sit and wait for the contradictions to come around. A prime example today is the suggestion by Peter Black of how the "Liam Fox affair has provided an opportunity for the Liberal Democrats to press for more urgency in introducing the register of lobbyists" and the revelation by Guido Fawkes that accomplished lobbyist and former Lib Dem head of communications Olly Gender is an acting pro-tem spinner for Nick Clegg at No 10.
Wonder what it says on her business cards.
Update: The Mail provides its own details of how government is "in thrall" to lobbyists.

You can't even spell her name correctly - or is that a subtle insult?
Let's keep things in perspective. All Cameron is talking about (emphasis on 'talking') is creating a register of lobbyists. There is no suggestion of limiting the practice or reducing access or even a change to the ministerial code. Liam Fox managed to sleep walk his way into a open manhole and Cameron put the cover back in place. End of.
Frank.
I think if it was deliberate misspelling it would have read Oily Grender and might be just right for a lobbyist.Though not very subtle
