Yeah and you only need a snout to be a MP.
So basically Cairns is saying.
You can only take Industrial Action if you are educated to a certain degree.
Perhaps he would like the voting franchise removed from people who haven't obtained A levels.
Academic qualifications are not a measure of intelligence and not of competence.
