Lib Dem AM Peter Black - writing on his blog in response to the query why it had taken him so long to give an opinion on the highly critical IFS report which claims that the recent ConDem budget will hit lower paid families. He does not accept the findings.

It's people like him who give petulant tosspots a bad name.
As Wil once said, when a politcian begins by askings "What is (something)" you can bet that you are about to hear an entirely different definition from one that you and your neighbours would have come up with.
I am outraged by this depiction of Peter Black which I consider to be a gross misrepresentation – the tie is far too plain!
