It’s a charming delusion on the part of Commissioner Black, whilst decrying the emoluments available to the Cardiff Cracach, that he somehow thinks he is not identified in many circles as being one of them himself. Or don’t second homes count?
Is Peter Black trying to be ironic in his post? Especially when his middle name is "Two Jobs". An article coming soon on TaweTalk will also highlight how Two Jobs finds it hard to dedicate time to his councillor role being based up in Cardiff half the time.
Black seems to be suffering from detached personality syndrome. He clearly thinks that the person who rents a flat in Cardiff at public expense despite living 40 miles away is someone else. This must explain why he was so outraged at MPs the other day for letting yet another perk out of the bag.
