Despite a spate of attempted pluralism among Tory and Labour leaderships, the news among the unwashed is that Lib Dem leader Chris Holley will announce tomorrow that he has sealed a deal with both Independent factions.

Rumour has it that Plaid Cymru might also be taking an active part in what could become known as the LIP coalition.
