We hear that anyone getting up early on Sunday morning might want to listen to at least one of the contributions to the Swansea Sound call-in show.Rantin’ Ray Welsby, who took exception to comments posted on the endearingly psychotic Swansea Phoenix blogsite about nailing Lis Davies to a mobile phone mast, phoned in last week to reveal the extent of scepticism among the coalition’s own ranks over the stuttering Service@Swansea project.
The offensive stuff was later removed from the site following the intervention of very annoyed Lib Dem party bosses.
But a subsequent post is said to have so incensed the member for Mynyddbach that he is reportedly threatening to expose yet another bit of dodgy dealing commissioned by his former Lib Dem, Independent and Conservative coalition colleagues.
With a succession of failures and screw-ups to their name, e.g. service@swansea, schools merger, Activa, Pool Sanctuary deal, state of the city centre, public toilets, bus-station, budget cuts, bowls halls and bendy-buses – he’s going to be spoilt for choice.
Better tape it.
